Dr. Jitodai and Carlos run an amazing optometry practice. This is simply the best eye doctor we've ever had. I worked in the optical business for several years so I knew that a lof of the big chains run like businesses. But, Innovative Eyecare is different. They truly care about their patients. For countless times, Dr. Jitodai and Carlos comes early, or stay late to help my son to adjust his ortho-k lenses and take measurements. They even met us in the office on Sundays when they were not open. The ortho-K treatment is quite complex and time-consuming for kids. But Dr. Jitodai and Carlos were patient and delightful. They kept kid engaged and happy.
